Often when you view properties the agent just has a key to let you in but knows nothing about the property, which can be very frustrating, not so with Julie. The staff have been great, and kept us in full communication with every step. They have conducted the viewings in a Covid safe way, and highly professional.
There are some key people who have been instrumental in the sale, however it would be unfair to name them, as they have worked as a team.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to the whole team at Crane & Co who sold my property in Pevensey. At first, I was doubtful about the price banding they endorse; surely the price is the price, but once they took the time to explain the benefits, it made complete sense, and I was convinced. Regarding the photographs of my property, Crane & Co have a very keen eye for detail indeed. Josh did the 3D tour and by the time they were finished editing and perfecting them, I must admit, I hardly recognised my own home, in a good way of course! The property description was expertly written with a real sense of passion & care. All viewings were done by the lovely Julie, who always has a big smile. She was always warm and friendly with my potential buyers and incredibly complimentary about my home! It obviously worked because immediately after the initial viewings, I received 2 offers, both exceeding my expectations! I was in no doubt this was due to Crane & Co’s expert marketing and knowledgeable team. My sale was then progressed by Amy with Katie the office manager overseeing, I was constantly updated at every stage by either phone or email and I never felt in the dark. Upon exchange I got a very thoughtful ‘moving home checklist’, which came in handy. What I thought would be an incredibly stressful time, was actually rather easy and stress free. Although admittedly their fee was higher than the rest, I truly believe and was proven right on this occasion ‘you get what you pay for!’ What more can I say… I honestly can’t thank you all enough.
