As these deals expire, they\u2019ll find more reasonable offerings are available \u2013 some below 4%.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #bda762;\"><strong>The long-term perspective<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>As most homeowners view their property as a long-term investment, let\u2019s look further into the future.<\/p>\n<p>Savills (which predicts 3.5% growth in 2025) forecasts property price rises of 21.6% over the next five years. Meanwhile, JLL expects a 20% rise by 2029.<\/p>\n<p>These predictions are based on three assumptions: rates will fall (albeit not to 2020 levels), inflation will remain stable, and the housing supply shortage will continue.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, none of us has a crystal ball and can know exactly what will happen at home or abroad in the years to come.
