If the structure is being used as a living space, it may be subject to council tax.<\/p>\n

Will it add value?<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

As with most property additions, if it\u2019s done well and complies with planning and building regulations, then yes.<\/p>\n

A good quality structure can add anywhere between five and 15% to a property\u2019s value*, depending on its size and scope and the level of presentation.<\/p>\n
