According to the research, this generation prioritises properties close to good schools, transport links and green spaces. They\u2019re seeking homes that offer both convenience and quality of life.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #bda762;\"><strong>Gen X: Gardens and outdoor space<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Many people these days are getting on the housing ladder later in life. For FTBs in their 40s and early 50s, outdoor space tops the agenda. A private garden, a patio or access to shared outdoor areas has become a must. This reflects a desire for relaxation and entertainment, and the health benefits that come with being closer to nature.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #bda762;\"><strong>Why it matters locally<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>For sellers, understanding these generational priorities can make a big difference.
